Hemant was born in India, raised in Texas and moved to California in 1999 where he opened ITEX in San Jose office. He is a Mechanical and Electrical engineer by education. He was studying Aeronautics Engineering but dropped out and opened a Restaurant in Texas and stayed in Restaurant business for 25 years. Hemant is a member of the Million Dollar Club. He has been written about in the San Jose Business Journal. Hemant enjoys helping business owners become successful in their business by using trade as one of the tools in their business. Gary Manning of Ad Works says “He’s always got ideas how to improve your business”. He enjoys traveling around the world. Hemant is proud father of son, Carmant who is fighting in the War in Iraq and daughter Dorant who is only twelve.

My name is Diva De Guzman; I was born in Portugal and came to United States when I was 6 years old with my family. I was raised in San Jose California, I’ve been married for over 16 years and live with my beautiful dog named Simbie is 8 years old. Came to Itex, looking to grow within the company and make lots of friends who I could help. I am here to serve you members.

US Army Sergeant and Iraq war veteran. Now honorably discharged and will be going full time college in San Diego. Carmant has moved from California to Hawaii for last six years on account of Army and went to college in Hawaii for one year now will be going in San Diego. Carmant would like to work with children and he is working towards that goal. He is studying to be a Teacher. For now, working as an intern at ITEX in San Jose.
